BARBADOS PHOTOGRAPHIC SOCIETY
1. ‘My World to Share’ is an online July 1st – August 15th exhibition. Visit their website BarbadosPhotographicSociety.com to view the online show.
It will also be a ‘live’ exhibition opening October 20th, 2014 at the Barbados Arts Council Gallery.
Mounted by the members of The Barbados Photographic Society in celebration of its tenth anniversary. In addition to many exciting images by their members, they have invited photographers from around the world to participate and as such they bring you images from their neighbourhoods to yours.
2. The education committee of the BPS will be hosting a one day workshop with noted wedding and portrait photographer Mr Karl Branch at the UWI Solution Centre on Saturday the 5th of July 2014 from 2.30 - 6.00 pm. The workshop will be a session filled with information and fun as the participants explore the world of portrait photography under the guidance of the charismatic Mr Karl Branch. Registration is BDS 55.00 for financial members and 90.00 for non members.
